Cleaning staff
NOVASOL's focus is to provide our guests with a great holiday experience, and we look after our homeowners' summer houses as if they were our own. The whole service starts with a good cleaning, which makes our guests feel welcome - this is where you come in.

Service Technicians
As a Service Technician, you will be part of a team of permanent and freelance employees who service our holiday homes. You will bring a service to our guests who comes from various locations, primarily Germany and Scandinavia.
The job includes
- Taking care of the pool and spa
- Contact with external technical support and house owners
- Checking houses and installations
- Control checks in connection with leaving and arrival days
- Be part of the duty roster, including taking care of the duty phone outside office opening hours
- You’ll receive training by our other, experienced team members
- You’ll receive employee benefits, e.g., discount on rental of holiday homes through our brands in Denmark and across Europe
In addition, there will be various ad hoc tasks both in the field and in the office.
Your qualifications
As a person, you are a team player with a positive and proactive approach to your tasks and responsibilities. It is a great advantage, but not a requirement, if you have a technical background and generally have a good hands-on approach. In addition, it is important that you:
- Have a flair and interest in technology (PC, internet, TV, heat pump etc.)
- Have a good overview and a good sense of order
- Are conscious of quality
- Are flexible and open to new challenges
- Can work on weekends and holidays
You must have a valid driving license B and be able to communicate in Danish and English (German is a huge plus).

Service Office Assistants
As a Service Office Assistant, you’ll be a part of a strong local team of service employees who serve guests on the frontline. You’ll be responsible for various administrative tasks and have a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. No two days will be the same and you’ll have a lot of freedom on how to carry out each task.
The job includes
- Handling queries and complaints from guests
- Accounting of deposits and consumption settlement
- Handling damage claims
- You’ll receive training by our other, experienced team members

Your qualifications
- Good communicator in Danish, English and German
- Able to provide a great service to guests and owners
- Have a great overview and thrive in a busy environment with a lot of variation in tasks
- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and interested in learning new systems
- Are creative, flexible and open to new challenges
- Can work on weekends and holidays
