In a rural location on the outskirts of the village, but with good connections to the town of Waren (Müritz), the holiday apartment for up to 3 people is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on a plot of around 1,400 square metres. A small restaurant and a children's playground are just a few steps away, Lake Torgelow can be reached quickly via a path with many beautiful views after approx. 15 minutes and a new cycle path leads to the Waren thermal baths approx. 6 km away with numerous shopping opportunities. The apartment, which was last renovated in 2022, is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows, can be reached via a hallway also used by the owner. It has a living room (couch, armchair, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, accessible through the living room, 1 x small double bed 1.40 m wide), a separate kitchen with dining area and access to the balcony (electric cooker with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a large bathroom (corner bath, shower, double washbasin, WC) and a hallway. There is also a car park, a bicycle storage room, a furnished balcony and possible WLAN. An outdoor sauna is available by arrangement. A washing machine and tumble dryer in the garden are available for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water.
Neu Schloen is a district of the small municipality of Schloen-Dratow in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District, only approx. 6 km from the tourist centre, the state-approved spa town of Waren (Müritz) and approx. 2 km from Lake Torgelow. The hilly landscape, shaped by the Ice Age, with wonderful views and the forest and lake-rich surroundings offer many opportunities for an active holiday. There is a small restaurant and a children's playground in the village itself, and a beautiful path leads to Lake Torgelow.
