The light-flooded and open-plan living and dining area is located on the upper living level. While floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide a phenomenal panoramic view, the adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy barbecues together with guaranteed sunsets. From this terrace, an external staircase leads up to the 30 m² roof terrace with all-day sun, a beach chair and panoramic views over the marina, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. The floating holiday home has a bathing ladder and permanently installed fenders at the jetty.
Delicious holiday meals can be prepared in the modern and well-equipped galley adjoining the living area. The sleeping area of the floating house is located below deck.
