The owners' separate holiday apartment on the ground floor of a residential building is located directly on the Tiefwarensee lake in a quiet location on a completely fenced residential property of approx. 500 square metres. A natural bathing area is only a few metres away and access to the lake is only interrupted by a cycle and hiking path. There is also another holiday apartment in the house. The approx. 40 square metre non-smoking flat was renovated in 2021 and is centrally heated. It has a living room (sofa bed, dining table, smart TV with Netflix offers, additional LAN connection) and a bedroom (double bed), small kitchen area (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, convection oven, various small kitchen appliances) and bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a furnished terrace with lake view, sun loungers, a barbecue, a closed car park on the property and free WiFi. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.

It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
