What a marvellous view, you may exclaim when you arrive at the gleaming white Villa Can Rubi and first enjoy the panorama of the bay of Port d'Andratx that spreads out before you. And indeed, the incredibly beautiful view of the sea is the most striking feature of this holiday home. Nestled in a residential area close to the harbour, the house rises slightly higher than the neighbouring properties, allowing an unobstructed view over the rooftops to the deep blue waters of the bay and parts beyond. The living area leads directly to a partially covered terrace where you can sit back and enjoy the view. Of course, it is also perfect for al fresco dining. On balmy evenings, you will definitely want to fire up the barbecue and load it up with fresh regional produce. Due to the villa's hillside location, the pool is slightly lower and can be reached via a staircase from the terrace or via the steps at the side of the house. With a length of almost 9 metres and varying depths, the pool offers a cool change on hot days; wide steps lead into the water. The terrace adjoining the pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols, where you can lie and relax in the warm rays of the sun for as long as you like. A garden swing and other seating options also contribute to making this a great place to spend time outdoors. The property is surrounded by Mediterranean flora, including two tall pine trees, which give the villa's outdoor areas a cosy, refreshingly private atmosphere. You can park your hire car in the small street that runs past the house or on the driveway in front of the house.

As pleasant as the time outside will be, the interior also offers a thoroughly appealing, relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are spread over different levels, which further emphasises the impression of spaciousness and order. Light-coloured walls, lots of wood and matching accent colours create an atmosphere full of warmth and comfort. The air conditioning system allows you to adjust the temperature to your liking, regardless of the season. A brightly lit, spacious entrance area leads down a few steps into the living room, where comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection create an environment well-suited for hours of relaxation. This room leads directly back onto the terrace.
To the right of the entrance is a bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional WC. A wide archway in the living room leads to a room where a counter separates the kitchen from a small seating area. In addition to a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, there are also larger appliances such as an oven, hob, washing machine and two fridges as well as plenty of space for working and storage. In the adjoining room, you can dine together in style thanks to the open-plan dining area and large wooden table while enjoying the view of the bay! There are three further bedrooms on the upper floor. One of them has its own bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished and offer convenient access to the terrace. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on the following bed sizes: one bed measuring 1.80 x 2 m, two measuring 1.50 x 1.90 m and another measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m. The beautiful bathrooms, which have three hairdryers and other amenities, offer natural light and enough space for everyone on the trip.

If you're interested in exploring some of the island's cultural treasures, there are several worthwhile destinations nearby. For example, a hike to the ruins of a Trappist monastery in La Trapa will allow you to get up close and personal with the beautiful mountain scenery in this western part of the island. If you are interested in modern art and architecture, we recommend a visit to Studio Weil in Port d'Andratx. From Port d'Andratx, you have the opportunity to take a trip to the uninhabited rocky island of Sa Dragonera and discover the extraordinary flora and fauna there. Enjoy a wonderful day at the beach, for example in Camp de Mar or Cala Egos. What makes the western part of Mallorca so special is the diversity of this region, which makes every day of your holiday a completely new experience. Take advantage of everything the area has to offer, then return to the beautiful Villa Can Rubi and enjoy every moment of those long holiday evenings. The well-kept Villa Can Rubi enjoys magnificent views of the sea from its hillside location in the west of the island, just 1.3 km from the centre of the port town of Port d'Andratx. Enjoy breathtaking views in all directions from the villa's unique vantage point. The town of Andratx is ideal for shopping or a stroll against the backdrop of the mountains. The sandy beach of Camp de Mar can be reached in 15 minutes by hire car.
