The family-friendly holiday apartment, modernised in 2014 (use for fitters is not desired), is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 2700 sqm residential property in a quiet location. A 1500 square metre area with sunbathing lawn, seating area, pool (diameter = 3.60 m) and fencing has been set aside for guests. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat screen TV, hi-fi, DVD, holiday library), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds, separated by room dividers) as well as shower/WC and central heating. There is W-LAN, a furnished terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car park. Bicycles can be rented on request for 5 EUR/bike and day. A cot, high chair and toys/equipment are available for small children. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption.
