The six holiday apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located on the owner's 7000 sqm, very well-kept and completely fenced residential property on the outskirts of the village, a little away from Bansin on the B 111. The village centre, shops and restaurants are within 1 km. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.2 km away. On the natural plot planted with old fruit trees, guests have several seating areas, sun loungers, a campfire site including firewood, a common room with a large dining table and fireplace, as well as lockable carports and free charging facilities for bicycles and e.g. Bicycles and WLAN available. Electricity and hot water are supplied from renewable energy sources.
The two holiday apartments DZV569 and DZV570 are located on the upper floor of the owner's house, while the small 1-bedroom apartment DZV571 is located in a separate annexe. Three further holiday apartments DZV566, DZV567 and DZV568 are also located separately in a detached holiday home. These 3-room apartments each extend over 2 floors and have 2 bedrooms. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax (The Ostseebad Bansin is subject to visitor's tax).

Access is via a shared staircase corridor.
