The apartment, modernised in 2018, is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, freezer, various kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities and a garage where bicycles can also be stored.
