Discover the Arber National Park and the Bavarian Forest National Park or take a canoe trip on the Regen River. The Regentalweg or National Park Trail are great for mountain biking, and the natural high ropes course in Schönberg promises a thrill. Summer tobogganing is possible on the Silberberg, and summer biathlon is practiced on the Arber.
