Despite its central location, you are surrounded by greenery as the house is surrounded by a quaint little garden. Enchanted trees provide welcome shade while you make yourself comfortable in the hammock or on one of the loungers. Another plus point: the dense hedge means that nobody can invade your privacy. The covered, tiled terrace can be used as a breakfast area or barbecue corner - either way, you can linger in comfort at the wooden dining table or on the artificial rattan chairs. From spring 2022, the villa will also have a pool. The villa also has several furnished balconies where you can breathe in the fresh Mediterranean sea air at any time.
