The owners live in the neighboring house and guests can help themselves in the vegetable garden. On request there is a room for group activities (yoga) and an equipped music practice room. Ideal for nature lovers and good starting point for visiting nearby Tuscan and Umbrian towns such as Cortona (22 km) and Città di Castello (25 km); Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio (each about 50 km away). 3 km S.Leo Bastia with grocery store, bar, post office; 10 km Trestina with stores of all kinds.
