As it is a very curvy road, many people enjoy driving on it by motorbike, which is a great alternative to a car. And it is always worth renting a motorbike for a couple of days, should you have a motorcycle license. Cyclers who are looking for a real challenge should consider a day trip on this lovely road, but be aware of the strong headwinds and the thousands of meters in altitude difference.
