The spacious Emilia farmhouse is a wonderfully secluded holiday finca. It is ideal for a larger holiday group or family. The outdoor area consists of a garden full of palm trees and large lawns that offer plenty of opportunities for children to play. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. The pool with outdoor shower is not visible and offers cooling and relaxing fun in summer. Around the pool you will find paved terraces with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. You will also find shade under the stately trees and especially under the two covered terraces. One of them is furnished with a cosy lounge, while the second terrace houses a spacious and perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen with a long dining table. This allows you to spend the summer months completely undisturbed in the exclusive outdoor area. The cosy interior welcomes you with classic Mallorcan rusticity. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room, four spacious double bedrooms, a children's bedroom with bunk beds and two bathrooms. There are air conditioning units with heating function in both the living area and the bedrooms. The charming, rustic Emilia farmhouse is situated on a huge plot of land and has a Mediterranean garden surrounding the holiday home. In a wonderful secluded location, it is just over 2 km to Campos, where you can do your grocery shopping. The paradisiacal beaches of the south of the island, such as Es Trenc or Sa Ràpita, can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. The optional use of air conditioning is included with reasonable consumption. In the rare event of an overrun, you will have to pay for the device.
