This magnificent holiday home is situated on a large, quiet plot in a rural setting in Fjaltring, a small village in West Jutland, which is incredibly beautifully situated north of Nissum Fjord. There are barbecue areas, public showers and shelters on the fine sandy beach.
The living space is spread over two floors with a total of ten bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a flat-screen TV and satellite TV. On the first floor there is a living room, a connecting room with a sofa bed and two bathrooms, both with a shower, one even with a sauna and separate toilet.
On the ground floor is the spacious kitchen, which is ideally equipped for cooking for many people: There are two cookers with a total of eight hobs, two ovens, a fridge edge and much more. Also on the ground floor are the two tastefully furnished living rooms with flat-screen TV with Chromecast. Please bring your own iPad or computer. In the conservatory with glass front to the pool room you will find a pool table and table football.
Outside there are three lovely terraces, one with a covered barbecue area, afternoon sun and an outdoor kitchen, another with morning sun and a view of the garden and the children's play equipment.
The house is situated in a particularly attractive area with many sights and activities. At Fjaltring you can surf very well in the North Sea as well as in the Nissum Fjord, and there are also ideal conditions for fishing from the groynes on the beach and in the fjord. If that doesn't quite work out, you can try your luck in Vejlby Klit Fiskesø. The beautiful nature around Fjaltring can also be explored by bike or on foot. For golf enthusiasts, there are several challenging courses nearby, such as in Holstebro, Struer and Lemvig. Fjaltring is known for its cultural centre Tuskær, which is located in a well-preserved beach farm and where you can see changing exhibitions. The beautiful old village church from the 12th century is just a few metres from the North Sea and is definitely worth a visit. In Vejlby Summer Park (open only in the summer months) 15 kilometres to the north, you can hire horses, ride front bikes, play mini-golf and pamper the animals in the petting zoo. A few kilometres north of Fjaltring is the red 26-metre-high Bovbjerg lighthouse on the steep cliffs. The tower is the highest point on the cliffs and offers a beautiful view. 6 kilometres to the north in Ferring, you will find the Jens Søndergaard Museum right on the cliff edge. Here the artist painted pictures of the surroundings and especially the sea, in calm and stormy weather. There is also a geological mini-museum and a small, romantic church in the small village.
