The holiday home is located on the owner's 1700 square metre residential property in a quiet location on the edge of the village and forest. The bathing beach on the Bodden, mini-shop with bakery and restaurant are all within 500 metres. The holiday home extends over two floors and is comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, soundbar, Playstation 3 with games/DVDs, fireplace), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dining table, various kitchen appliances) and guest WC. Upstairs there is a bedroom (double bed, cot can be added) and bathroom (bathtub, washing machine). Heating is provided by the fireplace and an electric heater (night storage heater). At your disposal: furnished terrace, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Sauna for a fee by arrangement on site. Energy/water according to consumption. Pets are not allowed: Only one pet is allowed in this property. The owner himself has an affectionate and very calm Ridgeback dog who is restricted in his mobility after a road accident.

There are two restaurants, shops (mini-shop), bicycle and boat hire and a tennis court in the village. Zeesboot trips and surfing school on the Bodden possible. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the neighbourhood. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, there are ideal conditions for bird watching. The very well-developed network of cycle paths makes it easy to explore the area by bike.
