The well-maintained house is located in beautiful surroundings near the golf course and Ho Bay. It has an open kitchen-living area with dining area. Kitchen, dining area and wet rooms are tiled, all other rooms are carpeted. The tastefully furnished living area is equipped with a wood pellet stove that spreads pleasant warmth. Large TV package with German channels. In the large pool room, which you can see from the living room, there is a pool, whirlpool and sauna.
