The holiday apartment with separate entrance is located on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 4000 square metre nature/residential property directly on Lake Malkwitz. The owner runs a small organic farm on an area of 50 hectares. Horses, goats and sheep in the adjoining paddocks as well as chickens and ducks fill the farm with life and convey the charm of a classic country holiday. The holiday apartment (lake view) is equipped with: Living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, single bed, 1 x 2 single beds), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC with washing machine, central heating (underfloor heating). Cot and high chair available. At your disposal: Terrace or furnished outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities, sun loungers, bicycle storage and car park. Final cleaning, water and energy costs are included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. You must bring a basket or blanket for your pet!

There is a swimming and fishing lake in the village. Thanks to its favourable location on the A 19 motorway (5 km), the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the Baltic Sea, for example, can be reached in approx. 40 minutes. The Linstow adventure pool (5 km) promises bathing fun, especially on cooler days. The small district of Kniep is approx. 2 km away on Lake Malkwitz, on the border of the 508-hectare nature reserve "Obere Nebelseen".
