On the first floor there is a charming studio apartment, while through the upper floor and attic there is a living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the attic with a minimum ceiling height of about 110 cm, there is also another toilet. Bedroom No. 2 is a passage room to bedroom No. 3. On hot summer days refresh yourself in the pool and relax with good reading on the large terrace or prepare barbecue meals.
