This elegant holiday home is located near Marina di Ragusa, just a few hundred metres from the mouth of the River Irminio and the Irminio nature reserve - known as an observation point for migratory birds from nearby Africa. It is set in a large plot of approx. 5000 m2, which is partly unspoilt - in accordance with the regulations of the nature reserve - and partly planted with lawns, stone walls and palm trees. Guests have access to a pool with sun terrace, sun loungers and parasols. In front of the house there are two other equipped verandas, one with a large parasol and the other with a fixed cover. Both are also equipped with table, chairs and seating for relaxing overlooking the pool.
The cottage consists of three bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower, a comfortable kitchen and a large room at the entrance furnished as a living room with sofas. Outside under a large cover is with barbecue. Two more bathrooms are located by the pool.
