There is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker and a small oven, fridge, dining table, various kitchen appliances), upstairs there are two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower. The entire holiday home is centrally heated. There is a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a car park and a bicycle storage room. The place is subject to tourist tax. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the total price. Water and energy consumption are charged on site.
