The holiday apartment is completely separate on the ground floor of a former farmhouse on a spacious, fully fenced (approx. 1.25 m high) and separate recreational plot (for exclusive use) of approx. 1,500 square metres in a quiet location. It was extensively extended in 2017 and 2020 and tastefully furnished with a living room (sofa bed - possibility of extra bed, flat screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table, fireplace), bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), an open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) as well as shower/WC and central heating. There is a large sun terrace, a covered veranda, sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage room, car park and an electric charging station. There is also online WLAN. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. The resort is subject to tourist tax.
