Dining can be done outdoors, taking advantage of the large veranda next to the barbecue area and brick oven, or in the large room with living area with SMART TV and dining area next to the kitchen equipped with professional appliances, ideal for preparing culinary specialties even for large groups. The pool and the park around the house are the plus of this fascinating house. Thanks to its dimensions, this house is the ideal place to celebrate, for example, an anniversary in the family or just enjoy a vacation in total relaxation. At your disposal a soccer field, table tennis, a beautifully maintained lawn around the house and unlimited Wi-Fi in the common room. On request, an additional 8 beds can be provided on the double sofas in the living roomsIn the immediate vicinity of the house there are trails for quiet walks or mountain bike tours. Within 5 km you will find tennis courts and a riding stable. Only 17 km away, the famous Marmore waterfall awaits you. Excursions: Rome (70 km) can be reached in 40 minutes by train.
