The 45 sqm two-room holiday apartment for max. 3 people is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's 1365 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area in the village. The town centre, shopping facilities and restaurants are all within a radius of around 500 m. Lake Neuklosteran with its beautiful beach is around 1.5 km away. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (3 x single bed), a kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom with bathtub/WC and a separate room for leisure activities. There is also a car park in front of the house and a high chair for small children. Bicycles (different sizes) can be rented on site and bicycles brought along can be safely stored.

Neukloster is a small town in north-west Mecklenburg on the edge of the Sternberg lake district. The Neuklosteraner See, a beautiful bathing and fishing lake with a large bathing beach, boat hire and snack bar, is located in the town centre. Thanks to the good transport links (A 20 and A 14 motorways), Schwerin (37 km), Rostock (45 km) and the Baltic Sea (Hanseatic city of Wismar 20 km) can be reached in around 30 minutes by car. In addition to the numerous old buildings, the monastery church dating back to 1219 with its many valuable exhibits is also worth a visit.
