Large glass walls, which are a feature of modern construction, give each room of the villa airiness and lighting of the interior. The accommodation capacity of the villa is for a maximum of 8 people, and total of 4 bedrooms, two have two double beds, and the remaining two with two single beds that can also be combined into double beds. On request, there are also 4 extra beds available in the villa. The ground floor of the villa has all four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a modern kitchen and an open concept dining room providing its guests with glimpses of a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic Sea. On the spacious terrace of the villa there is a large heated pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m. Around the pool there are 10 deck chairs where you can spend pleasant moments enjoying the summer sun. There are 4 parking spaces available in the fully fenced yard of the villa.
The beautiful Istrian town of Novigrad, only 6 km away, is the nearest beach Maestral where you can relax or enjoy water sports such as diving, swimming and sailing.
