There are also many good cycling and hiking trails in the beautiful nature that lead to both the forest and the beach. The beautiful North Sea is 1500 meters from the house, and there is a cycle and pedestrian path to it. The house is located next to Nymindegab Klitplantage, which also offers good opportunities for mountain bikers, and at the nearby riding center (500 m) you can take a ride on an Icelandic horse through the forest. The nearest larger towns are Nebel and Hvide Sande, both of which have a rich commercial life with exciting specialty stores, cosy cafés and wonderful restaurants. There are also local museums in the area with working workshops, fantastic arts and crafts and last but not least
