Hikers will find many signposted hiking trails and extensive maps. Guided hikes are also offered, for example to the Knüllhöpfen or the Eisenberg with its viewing tower.
The very attractive 18-hole golf course of the Kurhessen Golf Club is only 1,000 metres away. There is a discount on the green fee for guests staying at the holiday home. Training sessions are also available.

Canoeing on the Fulda and play adventures in the Jahnpark are great experiences.
The Wasserkuppe, Hesse's highest mountain, which can be reached in around 1 hour, offers skiing opportunities with cross-country ski trails and a ski lift.
