The 60 m² three-room holiday apartment for max. 6 people is located separately on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building within a quiet residential area in a central location. The town centre, with restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities as well as ski hire and pistes/cross-country ski trails are within a radius of approx. 400 m. Most of the holiday accommodation in the house is for private use. The apartment was modernised in 2019 and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for 2 more people, flat screen TV, hi-fi, dining table), 2 bedrooms (each with double bed, TV, guest bed to add), a kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also storage space for bicycles or ski equipment. Public car park directly in front of the house. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. A pushchair is also available.
