The World Heritage city of Bruges is only 20 km away, here you can walk along the canals, visit the world famous Begijnhof, St. Jans Hospital, Belfort and the Halve Maan brewery. Enjoy a terrace café by the canal or the market and try the local specialties in one of the 150 restaurants. For families, it's a great experience to spend a day at Plopsaland de Panne and Sealife Blankenberge. Also take your bike or rent one and make a nice tour through the hinterland or the beautiful dunes of Bredene.
