The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water backdrop and an adjoining wrap-around terrace. Both bedrooms have an additional TV. Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth.
A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty.
