On the upper floor is the open-plan living and dining area with an all-round view of the Schlei, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and adjoining terrace facing east towards the harbour entrance. This invites you to enjoy barbecues together. From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with a view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. Equipped with a beach chair, you can enjoy a holiday feeling here with breathtaking sunsets.
The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna. The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front, through which you can watch the beautiful water backdrop and marvellous sunrises. Highlight: the terrace directly adjoining the bedroom.
Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth. If you want to come here with your boat, this is the place for you. There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house. A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty.
