The light-flooded living and dining area of the holiday home is located on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow an unobstructed view of the Schleitreiben and passing sailing ships. On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms with a direct view of the water as you fall asleep and wake up. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and also has a comfortable double bed. Both bedrooms can be darkened. A sofa bed in the studio offers a comfortable place to sleep with marvellous views.
The large bathroom with harbour view and large walk-in shower is also located on the first floor.
The Finnish sauna with another adjoining shower is located in the studio on the 2nd floor and makes wellness hearts beat faster.
A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.
There are two car parking spaces in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can conveniently store them in their own bicycle shed.
