This is an incredibly spacious, light-filled and well-maintained vacation home in Palma de Gandia.

The high ceilings, large windows and exciting ceiling design gives the room a very special free atmosphere. The same is furnished in a modern and stylish design and well equipped for your relaxing vacation. The living room with large kitchen, dining room and comfortable sofa sets is located on the first floor, with a staircase you can reach the second floor, where the three bedrooms and an open office are located. Here you can take the stairs directly into the garden, or get out through the main entrance. On the green area and stone-laid sundeck you will find a partially covered shaded area, possibly for a communal breakfast surrounded by fabulous scenery. Afterwards, you can prepare meals for the grill together in the outdoor kitchen and chill drinks so you don't always have to walk all over the house. Should it get too hot, you can refresh yourself directly in your outdoor pool and then take a sunbath. Even your four-legged friend is welcome.

This accommodation is located in the region of Valencia, 3 km from Villalonga, a very interesting town and wonderful nature. Here you can go hiking along the Serpis River, and explore the Riu Serpis hiking area, among others, as well as get a refreshment in the wonderful old town. Among them you will probably enjoy one of the national dishes with rice or wheat. In the other direction you will find the popular town of Gandia, just 6 km from you. Located between the mountains and the coast, it offers you the most visited beaches of the Costa de Valencia. In the port you can practice among other things good water sports, such as diving, sailing or windsurfing. Furthermore, this port is also very popular with fishermen, so you can probably also take a fresh fish for your brick barbecue and take together on balmy summer evenings to you.
