Villa "Paula" is a comfortable, well-equipped holiday home in a well-kept residential area on the south coast of Mallorca. The villa offers everything you need for a perfect holiday with friends or family. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. The pool can be covered (in the winter months and on request) and is equipped with sun loungers and shaded areas. There is a brick barbecue and a covered terrace by the house with an outdoor dining area and a cosy sofa corner. The upper floor of the villa has another lovely sun terrace overlooking the pool. Open parking spaces are available directly on the property. If you need more sleeping accommodation, just ask - we have other great villas in the immediate vicinity! The ground floor of the villa has a cosy, bright living and dining area with a fireplace and access to the outside. The adjoining kitchen is spacious and equipped with modern appliances. Also on the ground floor are a utility room and a bedroom with bathroom. The other three double bedrooms are located on the upper floor and each have access to the sunny balcony terrace. There are two bathrooms on this floor. All of the villa's windows are fitted with shutters so that you can take a relaxing nap in the afternoon. The villa is equipped with heating so that you can also find a cosy retreat here in the cooler months of the year. The villa is located in the well-kept coastal settlement of Sa Rápita in the south of Mallorca. It is 6 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bike to the long sandy beach of Sa Rápita and 10 km to Es Trenc. There are small supermarkets and restaurants in the village. Further shopping facilities can be found in Campos, 13 km away.
