Villa Lea & Tea is a typical Istrian stone house with a living space of 300 square metres, located on the outskirts of the village of Pajići, in the middle of the beautiful and unspoiled nature between Tinjan and Višnjan. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and equipped with beautiful furniture.

The beautiful villa features 3 spacious bedrooms with sleeping facilities for 7 to 11 people on 300sqm, spread over two floors. The ground floor of the villa features a large kitchen with adjoining dining room and living room with fireplace. Here you will also find a lovely bedroom equipped with a double bed, private shower and separate toilet. The first-floor features two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds, one with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have two single sleeper chairs, which can be converted into comfortable beds if required. Each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet, bathtub, double sink, satellite TV, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobes and private balconies with inviting seating and beautiful views of nature and in the distance even with sea views.

The villa is idyllically situated on a 700sqm large, secluded land surrounded by gorgeous greenery. The courtyard of the villa features a 32m2 large pool with sun loungers, a lovely terrace with a comfortable seating area, perfect for relaxation.

The offer of the villa includes a children's travel cot as well as a clothes horse, ironing board and iron. As a special entertainment Villa Lea & Tea offers a separate, approximately 50m2 large, air-conditioned house with a table tennis, large satellite TV, PlayStation 4, dart board, football table and comfortable lounge furniture. Private parking is located directly on the property at the entrance.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
