This simple, small finca with a great swimming pool is located just outside Porto Cristo in the direction of Son Carrió/Artá. The water of the approximately 15 m2 large and about 1.70 m deep pool is regularly renewed, as this is used for irrigation of the orange plantation and vegetable beds. The access to the stairs can be secured with a barrier. The owner regularly comes by to check on the vegetable garden and the chickens in the fenced area.
