The holiday home (terraced house) is situated on a 500 square metre plot within a holiday home development on the quiet outskirts of the village. The Bodstedter Bodden is approx. 500 metres away. The Baltic Sea beach (Ostseebad Zingst) is approx. 7 km away. The holiday home extends over 3 living levels. On the ground floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio, fireplace), with open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower / WC On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, cot, 1 x 2 single beds, passage room to the sleeping loft). On the 2nd floor/attic storey (access via steep stairs in bedroom 2) there is a sleeping loft with 3 beds.
There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and 1 car park (carport). A high chair and a cot are available for small children. The total price includes water, energy and final cleaning. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them.

Pruchten is a small village in the southern Bodden landscape at the entrance to the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. The Baltic seaside resort of Zingst is approx. 5 km away, the small town of Barth approx. 3 km away. The town has a small harbour on the Barthestrom, a restaurant, a small grocery shop and a bicycle hire shop. The well-developed network of cycle paths allows for extensive cycle tours throughout the region. The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park begins to the north of Pruchten. As the local lagoon region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, it offers the best conditions for birdwatching.
