Villa Cascada is located in the village of Muntic in the municipality of Liznjan in south-east Istria. This colourful village has a rich history dating back to Roman times. It was first mentioned in the 14th century and the current Gothic-style church of St Jerome was built in the 16th century. Get to know the charming local people and their home-made products, which you can use to prepare Istrian dishes. Traditional singers and musicians from Muntic will entertain you. Visit the tourist centres of Medulin and Pula. Medulin is an old fishing village and a modern tourist centre. Explore the sandy beaches on the southern coast of Istria and sample the traditional cuisine of the region in restaurants and taverns.
