The house is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (with sleeping function), flat-screen TV, radio, telephone connection and Wi-Fi hotspot, fireplace and an open-plan kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and various small kitchen appliances. The dining and work surfaces are accessible and can also be moved within the kitchenette. The living room leads to a separate bedroom with two single beds. One of the beds is a complete care bed with electric height adjustment. The two beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom in the house is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. The fittings are mounted at wheelchair height. There are special grab rails next to the toilet. Water is supplied from the building's own well. All doors and passages in the house are wheelchair accessible. In addition to the fireplace, the holiday home has central heating and insect screens in front of the windows.
