The approx. 55 m² holiday home has a cosy living room (couch, wood-burning stove, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC).There is also a beautiful covered veranda with a view of the lake (limited in summer when there is foliage), various seating options on the spacious property, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a car parking space at the house. The use of bicycles or a rowing boat (also with electric motor) on the Großer Zechliner See (approx. 1.2 km away) is possible by arrangement and includes final cleaning, electricity, gas and water costs.
