As the Braminsee is PRIVATELY OWNED, it may NOT be used for fishing and swimming. Beautiful bathing spots and fishing opportunities at the Großer Zermittensee or the Großer Zechliner See are approx. 1,200 metres away. The approx. 55 m² holiday home has a cosy living room (couch, wood-burning stove, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x bunk bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC).Furthermore, there is a beautiful covered veranda with a view of the lake (limited in summer when there is foliage), various seating options on the spacious property, a barbecue, a bicycle storage room and a car parking space at the house. The use of bicycles or a rowing boat (also with electric motor) on the Großer Zechliner See (approx. 1.2 km away) is possible by arrangement and includes final cleaning, electricity, gas and water costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee.
