Nestled amidst vineyards and olive trees, this holiday farmhouse in the southern Ardèche is a serene retreat boasting a private pool and stunning countryside views between Provence and Cévennes.

With a generous living area, the farmhouse offers a delightful layout for comfort and relaxation. The ground floor features an open kitchen with direct access to the outdoors. A cosy living room along with a laundry room and two bedrooms are also on the ground floor.

Accessed from the living room, the upper level offers additional comfort with a shower room, and the remaining bedrooms, including one that is ideal for children.

Outside, the estate sprawls across unfenced grounds and has amenities such as a pétanque area, table tennis, and shaded areas near the terraces. The private enclosed swimming pool, secured by walls and a gate, measures 10.5 m X 5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 1.8m, accompanied by sun loungers. Additionally, an external staircase leads to a roof terrace – solarium.

The home is in Saint-Sauveur-de-Cruzières, between Barjac and Saint Ambroix in Southern Ardèche, not far from Uzès and Vallon Pont d'Arc. You will find shops in Saint Ambroix, about 5 km away.
Nearby you can visit the many charming villages and markets with regional specialties to taste. For water sports you are close to the Ardèche gorges and the Cèze Valley.
The central location between Southern Ardèche, Provence and Cévennes is ideal to discover the region and its many caves: Pont d'Arc Cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the Cocalière, the Salamander.
The famous bamboo park near Anduze and the little steam train of the Cévennes are also worth visiting.
Please note: Daily pool maintenance occurs in the early morning. The vast estate includes 3 other holiday rentals (situated about 600 - 1000 m apart), each with its own private pool, offering a sense of privacy and exclusive amenities to guests.
