There is a rowing boat at the end of the garden, so you have direct access to the river and Ørnsø. The house is located two km from the center of Silkeborg with a wide range of stores, experiences and museums. Try a trip on the paddle steamer Hjejlen or one of the other round-trip boats to Himmelbjerget hill, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature. If you want to go swimming, it's not far to one of the area's good freshwater lakes. The whole area invites you to an active vacation, recreational fishing, canoeing, mountain biking or hiking. In winter there is oil heating in the house (payment according to consumption).
