Villa Qualia has a total of four bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, as well as 3 bathrooms with a shower. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located on the second floor and have a terrace.
The living area and kitchen as well as a guest WC are located on the first floor, on the same level as the pool and outdoor dining area. The private pool can be heated on request.
There is also a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a seating area for 8.

You can visit larger coastal towns such as Porec, Rovinj and Novigrad, but Pazin, the town that was once one of the most important fortresses of the Habsburg monarchy, is also not far away. The medieval fortress is still preserved and can be visited today. There is also a zip line that leads over the Pazin gorge ("Pazinska jama"). Also worth seeing is the Church of St. Mary in Beram (located between Porec and Pazin), whose fresco "Dance of Death" dates back to 1474 and is world-famous.
