There is also the possibility to swim. The area is excellent for cycling on the gentle roads in Tisleidalen. There is a mountain bike park at the Red Cross mark. In Tisledalen the traces of the ice age are visible in the form of jettegryter at Åbjøra and at Kvitingen. Also make a day trip to Grippe. Tisleidalen is a small idyllic valley between Fagernes and Gol. Here you will find a varied and beautiful nature with forests and mountains. Perfect for families with children. A day trip to Gol is worthwhile, where there are activities such as frisbee golf, pumptrack and climbing hall.
