The modern Villa Cornello is located in Kaštel Novi, only 18 km from the city of Split. Kaštel Novi is one of the 7 Kaštela that make up the town of Kaštela. The interesting thing about this place is that in 1512 the Trogir landowner Pavao Antun Ćipiko built his castle in the shape of a square tower around which later, over time, a settlement was built and developed.
Villa Cornello was built in 2020 and is special for its modern style of construction. With its 300 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. It is fully air conditioned and has 5 bedrooms consisting of 6 single beds and 2 double beds. Each of these bedrooms also has 5 ensuite bathrooms with showers. The villa also has a separate toilet located near the living room and kitchen.
The spacious living room consists of a corner sofa, armchair, television and coffee table. Behind the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people, and near the dining room is a modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious traditional dishes.
On the outdoor terrace there is a salt pool of 26 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m, and it is certainly the place where you can refresh yourself during the hot summer days and nights. There are 4 sun loungers by the pool and an outdoor table with seating.
A washing machine and an iron are of great help as additional content. If you are accompanied by children, a baby cot and highchair are available by prior arrangement.
Villa Cornello is fully fenced and you will be able to enjoy complete privacy together with your family or a group of dear friends. Also, the villa is surrounded by untouched nature and will provide you with peace and quiet.
There are also 3 private parking spaces within the yard. By prior arrangement, you can use the service of organizing excursions and transportation, as well as the service of transportation.
Be sure to visit the city of Split, which is known as the largest city in Dalmatia. In its city centre, you will find the now protected park-forest Marjan, and Diocletian's Palace, which dates back to the 4th century, and since 1979 is under UNESCO protection. Split has a moderately warm and humid climate with hot summers, so you will definitely have the opportunity to swim on the various beaches of Split and dive in the brightly clear Adriatic Sea! There will be no shortage of fun and fond memories!
Pause all your obligations and take a break from the fast pace of everyday life, and give yourself and your family the peace, quiet and dream holiday you deserve!
