The 60 square metre non-smoking apartment is accessible via an outside staircase and has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player), kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), bedroom (double bed, TV), bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer), a small hallway, central heating and insect screens on the windows. There is also a large, furnished balcony, barbecue, car park, two bicycles to hire for a fee (EUR 5/bike), bicycle storage facilities, seating in the garden and free WiFi. Depending on the season and in consultation with the owners, herbs, fruit and vegetables from the garden may be used.
