The 100 m² semi-detached house was newly built in 2020 and is located on a 750 m² leisure plot (together with the 2nd semi-detached house) directly in the old town of Ueckermünde. The harbour, restaurants, cafés, shops, train station and children's playground are just a few minutes' walk away. The house was built using the latest ecological and breathable construction methods and natural building materials. This guarantees a natural and allergy-friendly indoor atmosphere and reduces the heating caused by solar radiation. The interior, including the furniture, is made of oiled beech wood and the furnishings are of a very high quality.
The house offers space for a maximum of 6 people and extends over three living levels. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances, dining table, flat-screen TV), a guest WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the 1st floor there is the living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and the bathroom with shower and bath. On the 2nd floor there are 2 further bedrooms, each with a double bed. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge for small children (please inform the owner before arrival). Internet (W-LAN) with Magenta TV is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and a car park.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Guests of the seaside resort of Ueckermünde are subject to a visitor's tax.
The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a beautiful zoo and a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers catering, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
