Access is via a separate external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a spacious living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, single bed, cot) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished seating area on the property with barbecue facilities, secure storage for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available.
