The comfortably furnished holiday apartment on the 1st floor of an Art Nouveau villa (residential building) built in 1912 is about 100 square metres in size and can accommodate up to 5 people (including 1 child up to a maximum of 2 years). It was last renovated in 2016 and has a living room with upholstered furniture (couch and 4 armchairs), a dining area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, parquet flooring and loggia, and the separate kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances and a second dining area. The holiday apartment also has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and baby cot, the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a WC, shower, bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment is also equipped with central heating and a high chair for children. There is also a car park in front of the house, a bicycle storage room, sun loungers and a barbecue (in the well-kept garden behind the house). Breakfast is available on request (9.50 EUR/person per day). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption as well as the final cleaning.
