One of two non-smoking holiday apartments, which were extensively renovated between 2019 and 2022 and are centrally heated, located separately from the owner's house on a plot of approx. 800 square metres in a quiet location on the edge of the forest. The Baltic Sea is approx. 1.5 kilometres away, shops and restaurants are approx. 500 metres away. Located in the basement, the apartment can be accessed via a shared hallway, where you will find a microwave and a mini oven for general use, among other things. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, a barbecue and free WiFi. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. A carport is available for bicycles. The total price includes water and energy consumption as well as final cleaning. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or they can be rented for a fee (please state your rental preference when booking). The tourist tax is payable on site. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. The apartment is not suitable for fitters.
