The large holiday apartment for up to 12 people extends over an entire floor of the former Marstall (carriage and riding stable), which has been converted into a guest house and is located in a quiet, secluded and directly wooded location on a 7,000 square metre property. It consists of a large kitchen-living room (dining table, kitchenette with electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, TV, radio) and several separate double rooms (double bed, TV, shower/WC, central heating) leading off a public corridor with various seating areas. (Number of double rooms depends on the number of people). Two further separate holiday apartments for 2 or 4 people are located on the upper floor (object number DZV261 and DZV262). In the spacious and park-like outdoor area there is a seating and barbecue area, car park and bicycle storage room. There are further seating areas in the inner courtyard of the historic building. Separately on a neighbouring property, the owner breeds numerous exotic birds, small animals and alpaca sheep. The small bird park can be visited on request and the total price includes final cleaning as well as water and energy consumption. Bed linen can be brought or rented. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed: One pet is allowed in this property. All other pets must be authorised by the owner prior to booking.
